Touch-Up Clean
The refresh for photos, showings, and opens. Everything a buyer or tenant will touch, look at, or smell — cleaned and staged-tidy.
Kitchen & Baths
- Counters, backsplash & sink wiped down
- Cabinet doors & handles wiped (exteriors)
- Stovetop & microwave exteriors wiped
- Mirrors & glass streak-free
- Toilets & vanities wiped; fixtures polished
- Floors swept, mopped / spot-cleaned
Living Areas & Finish
- Dust ledges, sills, & window tracks
- Switch plates & door handles wiped
- Vacuum & / or sweep every floor
- Cobwebs at ceilings & corners
- Trash & bins emptied
- Final walkthrough vs. before photos

Fine print: base rates cover standard room sizes up to 800 sq ft (commercial: 1,000 sq ft) — larger properties may adjust at $0.10–$0.12/sq ft. Vacant turnovers require active electricity & water.
